I am new to Loop how do I get support if I have questions?
First, we would ask you review the “Tour” by going to Loop for Success dashboard and re-watch the tour by clicking on the Profile icon and selecting “View Tour.” We also recommend you subscribe to our YouTube channel. Many new tutorial videos will be released soon. If you still have issues, please click on the chat icon in the lower right-hand of the screen when logged into the Loop dashboard. Send us a message, and a member of our support team will follow up.
Is Loop for Success available in the United States?
No, Loop is only available to Canadian Real Estate professionals. We plan to expand into the US market in the future
Will I be charged as soon as I enter my credit card information?
No, you have a 21-day free trial to test the Loop for Success platform. After your free trial, your credit card will be charged based on your chosen plan when registering your account.
How do I cancel my Loop plan?
You can cancel by reaching out to our support team using the chat box in the lower right-hand corner of your Loop dashboard. Or you can email [email protected] and put ‘request to cancel’ in the subject line, and a member of our team will follow up with you.
Who is the Loop Mobile App for?
The Loop mobile is only for your clients to use. This mobile app is NOT for Agents. Currently, Agents access the Loop for Success platform using a web browser.
Is Loop for Success platform secure?
Yes, once logged in, every action is fully encrypted and secure. Including the document warehouse.
